Recruitment

Individual members in JCI Canada are recognized for their membership recruitment efforts by fulfilling our mandate of providing Junior Chamber opportunities to other young people. Recognition is given to these members through the awarding of a Bronze, Silver or Gold Hand Award certificate at National Convention.

Retention

Long service pins are handed out at National Convention each year to members who have put in 5, 10, 15 or 20 years of service with JCI Canada.
